Owning a Pagel and Swanson house has been a
dream come true! For the first time ever, I am
in a new home that's not only affordable, but
solidly and well built. Our house plan is open
and inviting and perfect for entertaining. The
basement we are finishing ourselves which
allowed us to save a substantial amount on the
purchase price, yet allows us to quickly build
equity as we complete the project. Our heating
bills for the winter have been surprisingly low
which only goes to show the efficiency of our
home. When other people talk of their high
